Work at Home – Part Time – Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for people to be connected with various business who are hiring employees directly to work remotely as Data Entry Clerks.
- Transfer data from paper formats right into computer data or database systems utilizing keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Enter data supplied directly from consumers
- Develop spreadsheets with multitudes of figures without errors
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Get data from the data source or electronic documents as requested
- Perform regular backups to guarantee data conservation
- Sort and arrange documents after entering data to guarantee it is not lost
Qualities and Skills needed:
- Exceptional knowledge of word processing devices and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Should be proficient with basic COMPUTER abilities.
- Quick typing – bare minimum… 70 wpm.
- Excellent focus.
- Good command of English (oral and written) and customer support abilities.
- Flexibility to stay a hr or so later or work an additional day.
